European Directives and their diverse implementations, jointly with digitalisation and systems interconnectivity, are creating great challenges for managing intra-EU mobility. These unprecedented changes require an agile and data-driven approach to talent and mobility management. In this session, we will explore the (until now) hidden uses of intra-EU mobility data: from developing more intelligent talent management and improving the employee experience, to becoming more efficient and responsible with D,E&I and ESG organizational goals.
