Jelena Maletin manages and coordinates international assignments for Europe and Asia in the Zühlke Group, a global ser-vice provider focused on creating new business models for clients by developing services and products based on new technologies – from the initial vision through development to deployment, production, and operation. She has been a part of the Zühlke Group for over four years.

Besides the daily international mobility matters, Jelena has been supporting the business in redefining the Global Mobility framework so that it fits new demands and requirements from the current and new markets. She has been in the global mobility space for seven and in HR for nine years. She started her career as an HR Professional and On-site support for clients from different industries with Adecco and as HR Generalist, later fo-cusing on Expat management with Robert Bosch before she joined Zühlke. Jelena holds a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Belgrade, with the international HR practitioner cert. from Singapore.
