Margot is a Manager in Fragomen's Amsterdam office, where she leads the Netherlands inbound team. In addition to managing the Dutch inbound team, Margot acts for private clients where she advises on Dutch nationality, family reunification and entrepreneur permits. Margot provides strategic and operational support to Dutch companies headquartered in the Netherlands and new companies looking to set up operations in the Netherlands. Margot advises clients on the full range of Netherlands immigration matters including mergers and acquisitions, immigration compliance and audit services, as well as government strategies and support with posted workers compliance. She has particular specialization in the Energy sector and project based work that requires adept technical solutions and a creative touch. Margot speaks Dutch, English and German and has a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from Utrecht University and a Master European Law School (LL.M.) from Maastricht University.
