Miriam van Kempen started her career as a relocation consultant and has worked her way up to Global Mobility Director Europe at Heart Relocation. She focusses on building partnerships with companies who believe personal attention and time for the wellbeing of the relocating family matter and are looking for a partner to be the extension of their mobility team and help them accomplish their goals.

Miriam has founded LinkedIn communities such as Finders Keepers, Scale Up Answering Machine, and Relocate the Profit, where she tries, in collaboration with the members, to make a positive change in the competitive culture in the relocation industry and work together to donate money to charity.
