Valeria Morosini is Partner at Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo e Soci. She is the Italian Board Member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and a member of the Italian Employment Lawyers Association (AGI). Valeria is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the IBA Discrimination and Equality Law Committee, of which she was Co-Chair from 2017-2020. Thanks to her truly international background (DEA in Paris X, as well as internships in the US and in France with Ius Laboris member firms), Valeria’s daily practice largely involves international matters on a wide variety of employment law and industrial relations issues, ranging from collective redundancies and international assignments to restructuring processes and immigration issues. She regularly coordinates complex cross-border projects involving multiple jurisdictions. She is the head of the firm’s Global Mobility team.
