Annabel Declercq is an alumna of Ghent University, where she developed her expertise in pedagogy and educational science. After obtaining her teaching degree in Belgium, she gained experience in secondary education and as a lecturer in teacher training. Annabel co-founded d-teach online school, d-teach training, and ICONS. She is a Female Edtech Fellow, a member of the organizing committee for the AI Awards for Education, and supports the Europe101 programme. At d-teach, Annabel is responsible for quality assurance and plays a key role in the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education with a human-centered focus.
