Seasoned HR professional and Global Mobility specialist with a background spanning both consulting and in-house roles. Spent 10 years in Global Mobility consulting at PwC before transitioning to in-house Head of Global Mobility roles, first at Yara in Norway and then Signify (formerly Philips) in the Netherlands. Later transitioned from an HR expert role to an HR Generalist, serving as Head of HR for all Enabling Functions at Signify.

This role expanded my expertise across the broader people agenda, including talent attraction, development, engagement, and retention. After more than 20 years in corporate HR, I became an independent HR consultant in 2023, working on diverse projects and assignments. Currently leading a Global Mobility project at Telenor, implementing a Business Travel tool.
