Lisa Dahlke is the CRO and Co-Founder of Localyze, a global mobility platform for companies and employees. After relocating over 300 people as an HR Manager, Lisa knew firsthand the challenges HR teams faced when hiring, supporting, and retaining talent internationally.

To address these frustrations, in 2018 she co-founded Localyze alongside CEO Hanna Asmussen and CTO Dr. Franziska Löw. Backed by the accelerator Y-Combinator, the trio have been able to grow the startup to help people from more than 100 countries pursue professional opportunities abroad, and in late 2022 secured a $35 million Series B funding round for wider expansion.
